20-11-2010(Saturday)-The last Pangaea Activity. Before that, actually what is Pangaea activity? Pangaea activity is an activity to give the chance to the student to communicate with other country such as Japan, Korea and etc. As for me, I went attend the training program at Feb and trained as a facilitator in this activity. As a facilitator, I have to start to learn how to communicate with them as well as how to guide and teach them. Needless to say, it build my patient to teach the small "cute" child and I totally enjoy and fun with them. The last day for Pangaea activity is communicate with the Korea people in Seol by using the webcam. At first, the Korean is introduce their names by using the Malay language and Malaysian is introduce their names by using the Korea language. hehe:p I also learn a bit Korea language at this times. Hello, nama saya Yong Soo Fong. In korea language, annyonhaseyo neirumum Yong Soo Fong eyo..haha:p..After finish introducing with each others, we start another games called guess + hint . Given a question, then guess what is the things? Giving the hint 1,2,3,4,5. The faster group who answer the question accurately, then the group is the winner. Finally, I feel happy, although I feel tired (having activity from 9am-5pm, my half day already).

Who give strength to you? Is yourself, your family, your lecturer, your friends or the environment. Is the person put some words on his/her face? I don't know why, every times when I see him/her. I start to get the strength from him/her. I will start to work hard. No, I cannot like that, I must give strength myself, I cannot depend him/her anymore. The person who always walk along with you, is you only. I always remind myself. May God bless you to let you walk further.

Do you think English is everything? When I small, I learn English until now I still learning English. How come I cannot finish learning English? Too many things to study. (Pass tense, present tense, future tense, noun, verb, adverb, adjective, etc..) After analysis, I just realize that I cannot finish study English. English can be memorized? Yeah, maybe can. I memorize seven story from Reader Digest when I was sitting SPM. During the exam, I just pick one suitable story with matching with the essay question, then I start writing the essay. At the end, I score it in my SPM. But, I know I cannot memorize English all the times. For example, Can I memorize the whole dialog before I chatting with my friends?

English is so important. I like to research and find information, but because of English, I feel very hard to write thesis. I like to communicate, but because of English, I feel very hard to communicate with each others. As I think how to express it by using English. Once, you get ready, but maybe you friend or others people is in others topic. This is the reason, why I always keep quiet. But, you cannot keep quiet all the times. People will think you cannot do anything. Therefore, I have to start to practice and speak out everything which you want to tell them.

Once again, is it English is so important? Some of successful people, they also cannot speak English language. They only can speak their Mother language, but they still survive and also successful in their life. As for the business, how they communicate to each others? Yeah, in Internet, we got google translate. You can convert from one language to another language. Besides that, we can have translator who the person will help you to translate everything. Thus, do you feel that English is everything? English is important?

Nowadays, almost every minutes, I also have to speak out using English. With lecturer, with visitor as well as my colleague(postgraduate student), I cannot escape English anymore. Last times, when I do revision, the first things, I must open digital dictionary or dictionary. This is because there are many words I don't understand. Keep skipping the words. At the end, you may not understand what the article/ story about. But now, I keep reading journal everyday. Always remember "practices always make perfect".

What is opportunity? Opportunity is easy come, but also easy go. Once got the opportunity, we must accept it. For example, I got the scholarship from my University to further study. It is very good opportunity to allow me to go to the next step. Yes, I still standing at middle of the stair now, not too low or too high. I hope I can stand stable as long as I can. A new point is just started, but I already think when I will reach the end point? haha:p Be patient.

Yeah, my master life is started. Master life is totally different with degree life and LI life. LI life, everyday, sit in front of pc, ..pc face me, I face pc..My LI supervisor told me. What you can improve? I only can improve my programming skills only. I agree what sweetie say "I believe only through human stories, activites, taking responsibilities can make human improved". During degree life, every times, rush here and there (assignment, exam, presentation, project), but I still to manage to join some activity such as Tzu Chi once I got the times. Now master life, the times is more feasible. You can do anythings as you like in anytime. But, always remember the deadline. Haha:p master already, I can't simply doing my things and then pass up or submit to my supervisor. Once you not satisfy what you do, do you think others people satisfy what you do? haha:p Last times, I have a project given me 1 month times to do. During Infosys, I only given few days to do. Now is more challenges. Early morning receive email, then afternoon have to submit already. Yeah, it keep training me to become more productive. Besides that, I need to build new social network in a new environment.

Another question, people always asking me, "Why are you taking master here? You not feel boring, no people from you batch study master?". My answer: I stay here is because I got best supervisor, best senior, best junior here.^^ Master life not only doing you own thesis but also involve others things. Yeah, I so happy, my supervisor giving me a good opportunity to handle the STAr project. He can broaden my eyes and bring me to see the world. Yesterday, he bring me along to go to meet the principal. At first, I also quite scare, but after that I also try to speak out and ask questions. Ya, this is the point, which my supervisor want to train me..Once you got the idea, you must speak out..he don't want to train me to do things since he know I can do things. After that, he bring me go to find his former secondary teacher. I can imagine the teacher is very very happy, because she got a good student, some more is Prof. Dr..haha:p quite professional. I can thinking do I have chance to meet my former teacher when I successful one day. This is the first times, I learn a lot of things from him. I really appreciate it..^^

Should I satisfy what I have now? Yes or No. In my mind, my answer always "NO". Only the "NO" answer can motivate myself. A person only will satisfy when they achieve something. Sometimes, I a bit tired for chasing everything. My mind start to think the same question again. On this moment, I get some idea from my sweetie. She say "We satisfy with what we have now, we no satisfy with what we haven't achieve, then we chase it for future. We are satisfying with what we have now, but just we have some goal haven't been achieved, that's why we need to make the wish. Another important point, "if you want to compare, you are really good compared to others but you have your own things to achieve too, is not related to others, is all about how you paint you life. Life like rainbow color? Yeah, when I heard this sentences.I not comparing with others, I just have something to achieve. The compete is myself. Thanks again, my sweetie who always motivate me. ^^
